Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase from Karolina Olsson. However, if something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and stress-free.

You have 100 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. We do not charge restocking fees  what you see is what you get, including our return policy.

To start a return, please contact us at Info@karolinaolsson.com and include your order number. Our team will guide you step by step through the return process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your package arrives safely.

If you would like to exchange an item, please mention this in your email. we’ll be happy to help you find a suitable option.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require a few additional days to complete the refund.

Cancellation Period
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may already be processed and prepared for shipment, making cancellation no longer possible.

Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during checkout. Once the returned item has been received and approved, the refund will be issued within the applicable processing period.

Damaged Goods
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage. After verification, we will send a free replacement at no additional cost. No return shipment is required unless specifically requested by our support team.
